Skrillex Dishes On Potential Collaboration With Flume In Triple J Interview
Skrillex spent his New Year's Eve playing at Shore Thing on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia. The day before Shore Thing took place, Skrillex was interviewed by the legendary radio station triple j. The producer discussed his favorite live shows, potential plans to work alongside Flume, as well as his excitement to be in the studio any chance he can get. Listen to the full interview below.
In the interview, Skrillex said, "Flume is coming in to the studio tomorrow... I'll be seeing him tomorrow, so maybe we'll make something, who knows. I mean, technically, What So Not is the artist on the [Shore Thing] lineup, so maybe we can all do something together."
Yesterday, a photo of Skrillex, Emoh Instead of What So Not, and A$AP Rocky in the studio was uploaded to What So Not's Instagram and Facebook pages. However, Flume was nowhere to be seen. We can only hope that Flume was too busy working on a new collaboration with Skrillex to jump in the photo.
Skrillex has been extremely busy in Australia, as he also played at Field Day 2014 alongside some great producers. Check out the video of Skrillex during his shared stage time with Flux Pavillion, Chet Faker, Emoh Instead, and Flume at Field Day 2014.
