Los Angeles

If you’re in the City of Angels on December 31, you’re in for a treat. Some DJs in the world will be in Los Angeles to help ring in the New Year at some of the biggest and best events that LA will host in 2014. As the home to Insomniac and LED Presents, Los Angeles has always pulled in a strong array of talented artists and 2014 is no different.

OMFG NYE Los Angeles/San Diego

OMFG NYE is a three night event in Los Angeles and San Diego at The Shrine Expo Hall and Valley View Casino Center, respectively. Hosted by San Diego based production company LED Presents, what OMFG NYE lacks in production and space, they make up for in terms of their artist talent. While the Los Angeles and San Diego renditions have slightly different lineups, OMFG NYE San Diego features headliners like Hardwell, Tiesto, and Eric Prydz, while OMFG NYE Los Angeles features Flosstradamus, Deorro, Madeon, and Eric Prydz. In addition to the headliners, the undercard acts for OMFG NYE are no slouch either - Anna Lunoe, GTA, TJR, What So Not, and many more are expected to be bringing the party, and you don’t want to miss it.

Admission is 18+ and 3 day tickets and single day tickets are still available and you can get there from San Diego here and Los Angeles here.

Insomniac White Wonderland

Insomniac’s longest running Los Angeles New Years Eve event is back this year with a vengeance. While many thought that White Wonderland would not be returning in lieu of Insomniac’s many other NYE events, Pasquale has brought back this one-of-a-kind experience, which is hosted at the Anaheim Convention Center. White Wonderland requires all attendees to wear only white, and the lineup is typically tailored towards trance fans. Previous years have seen stars like Cosmic Gate, Dash Berlin, Above & Beyond, and Ferry Corsten headline the festival. The typical 2-stage show has actually been reduced to one stage this year, and the lineup features Armin Van Buuren, Laidback Luke, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, W&W, and Showtek.

The event is restricted to 21+ and you can grab your tickets here!

Insomniac Countdown

Insomniac’s newest NYE event, Insomniac Countdown, will be hosted at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino at one of their iconic megastructures. While many thought that Insomniac Countdown would be replacing the popular White Wonderland, both events are alive and well. The first ever rendition of Countdown will be home to some of the best DJs on NYE. Electro house and big room fans can rejoice as Audien, DJ Snake, Bingo Players, Laidback Luke, Porter Robinson, and Showtek will be helping ring in the new year.

The event is 18+ and you can grab your tickets here!

New York

While New Years Eve in New York may not have the same expansive shows as Los Angeles, they make up for that in sheer talent. Some of the best NYE shows being held around the world will be in New York, as the iconic Madison Square Garden will be home to an event that will be hard to beat.

Wild Life NYE w/ Disclosure

2014 was a monumental year for the UK dance duo Disclosure, as their single “Latch” was certified platinum and brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence headlined festivals around the world. What better way to ring one of the biggest years of their lives than with, perhaps, the biggest show of their career. Joining the talented brothers at Pier 94 in New York City are Claude VonStroke, Ten Walls, Dusky, Kyle Hall, and Isaac Tichauer. This event will be one for the record books so don’t miss out!

Jack U @ Madison Square Garden

One of the biggest events to ring in the New Year will be in Madison Square Garden, as Skrillex and Diplo take the stage under their collaborative alias, Jack U, for one of the wildest parties that MSG will have ever seen. Joining the two iconic superstars are A$AP Ferg, UK drum & bass band Rudimental, and Yellow Claw. Playing Madison Square Garden successfully is on every superstar’s bucket list, and you can be sure that Skrillex and Diplo will be pulling out all the stops to make sure this is a NYE that no one will forget.

Don’t miss out on this event as tickets are going fast, but you can grab yours here!

Las Vegas

While cities such as Los Angeles and New York thrive on big events to attract thousands of attendees, Las Vegas is the king of club life. What they don’t have in size and space, they make up for in extravagance.

Zedd @ XS

Ringing in the Las Vegas New Year won’t be cheap, as a male ticket to XS will run you $300, while a female ticket will run about $125. Regardless, if you make it inside the Wynn’s iconic club, XS, a party for the ages will be waiting. You can grab your ticket here!

Calvin Harris @ Hakkasan

The epitome of extravagance will be at Hakkasn as Calvin Harris headlines in Las Vegas for NYE. For this one-of-a-kind event, Hakkasan nightclub is offering a “Dynastie Package” - a $500,000 price tag for bottle service. Half a million dollars at this Las Vegas nightclub will get you a top-tier VIP table, as well as a table that includes diamonds, champagne, your own personal staff of 40, an exclusive championship belt, and more. General admission tickets aren’t cheap either, as they will run men about $325, and women about $175 and you can grab those tickets here.

NYE 360°

The fourth annual NYE 360 event will be coming to Nashville courtesy of the one and only Bassnectar. Coming hot off the heels of the sold out Madison Square Garden show, Bassnectar is bringing his fully immersive, 360 degree show and production to Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN. Tickets and packages are currently sold out, but you can be sure that this event will be a mecca for bassheads, and Lorin never disappoints.

Lake Tahoe

One of the youngest festivals on this list, Snowglobe is a three-day festival that is held in South Lake Tahoe, CA. What sets this iconic festival apart is the impressive level of talent that it's been able to bring in year in and year out. Headlining this winter-themed festival are Disclosure, Skrillex, Zedd, Flume, and Porter Robinson, who is bringing his entire live production from Worlds tour. Support from the likes of Odesza, Justin Martin, Thomas Jack, Trippy Turtle, and more are why this event is a definite can’t-miss.

3 day tickets are sold out, but you can grab single day tickets here!
