Afrojack unveiled a teaser of his remix to Thirty Seconds To Mars' "Do Or Die" today.

The release of the teaser comes on the heels of big news for both involved parties. Yesterday, Afrojack revealed in an interview with Mixmag that he wants "to take EDM to a Jay-Z level." We're still trying to figure out what the Dutch producer meant when he proclaimed that statement.

Jared Leto of Thirty Seconds To Mars was the subject of even bigger news over the weekend when he earned the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his extraordinary role as Rayon, a transgender woman, in Dallas Buyers Club.

Afrojack's remix of "Do Or Die" should help him in his effort to take EDM to a Jay-Z level, as it will surely reach the ears of many Thirty Seconds To Mars' fans.

The remix continues Afrojack's trend of producing pop songs. It sounds like it will not only draw in fans of Thirty Seconds To Mars, but fans of pop music as well. Afrojack's remix appears to have massive crossover potential. However, from the standpoint of a dance music fan, the remix is quite underwhelming.

We'll find out how music fans react to the remix when it is officially released on March 11.
