From July 11th to 13th, the once-home to the historically renowned music festival Woodstock will soon be taking on another prolific gathering this year. A new EDM and live music-infused festival taking place in Saugerties, New York, the Hudson Project will be featuring over 85 artists on five different stages. The festival's unique lineup includes a collection of bands, dj’s, and rappers, from Bassnectar to Big Gigantic to Kendrick Lamar. One act that we’re especially excited to catch at the freshman festival this year is Philly-based quartet Conspirator. Their music, a fusion of live instruments and electronic soundscapes, is perfect for the wood-filled landscape of the Woodstock-born area, and their unique blend of live electronica will be unlike any other performance at this year’s gathering.
In order to fully prepare for Conspirator’s performance this year, the Hudson Project & EDM.com have teamed up to present a new exclusive from the quartet, “Up.” Taking listeners on a journey through uplifting chord melodies and driving 4-on-the-floor beats, the quartet's new single seamlessly blends live instruments with syncopated rhythms. Conspirator's sound continues to be the perfect addition to any festival lineup, and their new direction with this latest single proves that they will crush the festival circuit with their re-defined sound.
