Dada Life Releases USA World Cup Edition Of 'Born To Rage'
The 2014 FIFA World Cup has completely captivated the United States. The USMNT has navigated to the knockout stage for the second straight World Cup, and it has captured the entire country's attention. The widespread excitement has been a bit of a surprise, as American football, Baseball, basketball, and even ice hockey typically receive more attention stateside than soccer. However, the US-Portugal World Cup Match drew 23.7 million viewers on Sunday. In comparison, the NBA Finals averaged 15.5 million viewers per game. Additionally, the World Series, the championship series of "America's Pastime," averaged just 14.9 million viewers per game.
To help push the excitement to a fever pitch, Dada Life released a USA World Cup video for their hit single, "Born To Rage." At the moment, we can't think of anything more American than raging coupled with video of our transcendent men's soccer team.
Now just imagine how massive our 4th of July celebration will be if the USMNT defeats Belgium on July 1st. It would set up a July 5th matchup with the winner of the Argentina-Switzerland match.
