Identity Festival Announces 'Safe In Sound Festival,' Headlined By Adventure Club & Destroid

We finally know why Identity Festival's social media accounts came back to life this past week. Their Facebook page officially announced the Safe in Sound Festival today. It is a touring festival, much like ID Fest, and it will travel to twenty cities this fall. The lineups will vary by city, but the overall lineup is comprised of Adventure Club, Flux Pavilion, Destroid, Doctor P, Zeds Dead, Excision, UZ, Caked Up, Terravita, and Downlink, with more to be announced.

Safe in Sound Festival comes equipped with a unique 150,000 watt PK sound system, similar to the system that accompanied Excision for his Executioner tours. This also marks Destroid's first major tour. Destroid is a live dubstep band featuring Excision, Downlink, and KJ Sawka, and they all wear suits decked out with LEDs.

Identity Festival confirmed that ID Fest will not return this year, but they did not rule out an ID Fest comeback in 2015. Until then, bass heads will certainly be satisfied with Safe in Sound Festival. To find out if the festival is coming to your city, head to the Safe in Sound website: http://safeinsoundfest.com.
