Did Trey Songz & Nicki Minaj Rip Off Deadmau5's Remix Of A Calvin Harris Track?

Earlier today, deadmau5 found out that "Touchin, Lovin," a song by Trey Songz featuring Nicki Minaj, sounds extremely similar to his remix of "I'm Not Alone" by Calvin Harris. Compare the two tracks below.

Deadmau5 is understandably angry about this. As usual, he didn't hold back in his tweets about the situation. Harris even chimed in to try and make deadmau5 feel better.

Earlier this year, it was discovered that Wildstylez used a chord progression that sounded similar to "Some Chords," and deadmau5 unleashed his wrath on the hardstyle producer. When you make deadmau5 angry, the whole dance music community finds out about it.

Trey Songz and Nicki Minaj are two huge names, but they aren't responsible for the production of the track. The Featherstones produced "Touchin, Lovin," and recent retweets from The Featherstones make the situation look even worse.

The Featherstones are clearly patting themselves on the back for their supposed production of "Touchin, Lovin," which is sad to see. "Touchin, Lovin" was released on Trey Songz' #1 album, Trigga, last month, and we're interested to see how this plays out. Deadmau5 clearly has a strong case, and Trey Songz could have a lot to lose.
