VH1 Is Throwing An EDM Festival With Dillon Francis & The Chainsmokers
Last December, Viacom18 brought together thousands of fans for VH1’s Supersonic music festival in Candolim, Goa. The four-day festival was a huge success bringing together over 50.000 people marking the beginning of one of Asia’s largest inaugural events. In just three months, VH1’s Supersonic will return to India’s exotic beach landscape bringing a huge lineup of DJs. Phase one of the lineup has been announced with headliners Dillon Francis, Paul van Dyk, The Chainsmokers, and Stanton Warriors. More artists will be announced over the next couple months.
In addition to the musical talent, festival-goers will be treated to chill out zones, a library, art installations, markets, beach sports, Zumba lessons, and fine cuisine.
Jaideep Singh, Senior Vice President & Business Head, Integrated Network Solutions said, "For me, VH1 Supersonic is more than just a music festival. It celebrates the essence of celebrating music together beyond language. When we initiated the planning for this year, we were ruthlessly honest about what went right and what went wrong last year. What we realized is that Indian audiences are yearning for an authentic music festival experience and our positioning as a festival full of vibe fits the bill perfectly. To add to this vibe, we will be featuring an array of leading international performers as well as a strong presence of Indian talent across the festival. With all of this coming together on the pristine beaches of Candolim, Goa, we are sure that the Indian festival goer is in for a treat come December."
VH1's Supersonic is taking place December 27th - 30th, 2014 in Candolim, Goa. Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased here.
