Pop star Lady Gaga is certainly no stranger to working with electronic dance music producers, having collaborated with the likes of Zedd, Madeon, and Infected Mushroom on previous albums. For her next effort, Lady Gaga seems to be after one of the roots of EDM: disco. Renown producer Giorgio Moroder confirmed in an interview with Popjustice that he started producing five to six tracks for Lady Gaga, but the extent of the collaboration remains vague.
Moroder told the publication that he was unsure if he or Lady Gaga would play piano on the tracks, and that most of the studio work remains unfinished. The Daft Punk collaborater has his own album, 74 is the New 24, coming in 2015. Collaborations on his new album include Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Sia, and more.
