Mysterious SoundCloud User Gives 110 Aphex Twin Demos For Free

All the Aphex you could ever need.

The legendary UK electronica producer Richard D. James, also known as Aphex Twin, has been slowly revealing more details about his upcoming EP and new tracks. In early January 2015, we reported that James had leaked details regarding his EP Computer Controlled Instruments Pt2. Since then, a mysterious SoundCloud account under the username “user48736353001” has uploaded over 100 unheard tracks. The treasure chest of uploaded tracks seemingly date back to the late 80s or early 90s and are now up for free download via SoundCloud.

User48736353001 first appeared when the account commented on an Aphex Twin track saying, "Would like to know the full setup for this track, brilliant music man. I love your early '90s stuff so much, I was doing stuff in the early '90s, similar to you but I didn’t know about you when I did it! I'm also 43 years old. :) I’m going to be uploading it to SoundCloud soon, gotta dust off the old DAT’s & cassettes!" After a reply from Aphex Twin, the anonymous user has garnered almost 30,000 followers in just one weeks time.
