Tower Proposed To Replace Club Space Miami
The property which houses the legendary Club Space Miami may be repurposed due to plans submitted last week for a 709-foot tower. The property, owned by Miami Worldcenter, would require Club Space and one neighboring premises to relocate.
Club Space is managed by nightlife figures Roman Jones and Justin Levine, while real estate records show the building itself is owned by Parkwest Development, LLC.
The proposed change of location would not be the first time Club Space has moved. Originally, it occupied a one-story warehouse on Biscayne Boulevard and re-located to its multi-story current location three years later.
Before plans are confirmed, another commission vote regarding the agreement will be held.
