Jack Ü just released their highly anticipated collaboration with the veteran rapper Missy Elliott, a remix of their ever-popular festival anthem “Take Ü There.” After a decade of sparse releases, the effort marks Elliott’s first new recording since last month' surprise Super Bowl appearance put her back on the pop culture radar.

The verses she recorded over the track’s first two drops match the crude, in-your-face style that made her famous with songs like her 2002 anthem “Get Ur Freak On.” She leaves the third drop bare, instead showcasing her singing chops over the bridge. Owing to what controversy the track amassed before even being released, it’s sure to make its rounds on social media - even though the artists left the original production virtually untouched and simply added Elliott’s vocals over it.

Jack Ü’s “Take Ü There” has been the subject of countless remixes from the likes of Tchami, Felix Cartal and Zeds Dead since its September release - the most recent of which being EDM.com’s premiere of 4B’s Jersey club remix.
