Diplo X K-Swiss Launch Crowdsourcing Campaign
Thomas Wesley Pentz, DJ/producer Diplo himself, is widely considered as one of the most diverse and industrious entrepreneurs in the music industry. For his newest venture, Pentz is collaborating with the iconic sneaker brand K-Swiss. Pentz and K-Swiss have launched The Board campaign and are now recruiting for creative individuals who will “make real decisions on real projects that K-Swiss will follow.” In an effort to bring the brand back to the forefront to continue to compete with the likes of Nike, Adidas and Puma, Pentz will lead an army of 100 creative minds who will be able to pitch their own ideas for innovative brand outreach and growth with the coolest part being that K-Swiss will actually implement them.
Pentz notes that the fact that K-Swiss has endured since 1966 was a driving force behind his decision to join the brand in its new campaign: “I was instantly drawn to K-Swiss due to its heritage and longevity in the marketplace. I am excited to be part of The Board, to bring young entrepreneurial minds into the process to help build the next chapter at such a respected brand.”
