Deciding which Miami Music Week parties to check out is harder than choosing from the 31 flavors at Baskin Robbins, but it's evident that an attendee would be hard-pressed to find a lackluster event. While most of the parties feature lineups of the usual suspects, a newly-announced MMW event caters to an unexpected genre: Classic rock. Two members of the quintessential American rock band Guns N' Roses will be playing their first-ever DJ set under the alias BEATRAZR.
Comprised of GnR keyboardist Chris Pitman and drummer Frank Ferrer, BEATRAZER will perform on March 28 at Spazio Nightclub. The event is hosted by music website EDM Sauce and brewing company Anheuser-Busch, which will be unveiling a new Oculto beer. The two Guns N' Roses members will be debuting the music from the new BEATRAZER project, and it's likely the most interesting and unforeseen MMW set to be announced yet.
