Tiesto Brings Good Luck To NHL Goalie
There has been talk regarding Tiësto recently joining forces with the National Hockey League to be a part of a helmet design series The Mask with Henrik Lundqvist. Swedish professional ice hockey goaltender for the New York Rangers, started the series as a new charity project and was spotted wearing the new goalie mask design paying tribute to the DJ/Producer.
The New York Rangers goalie plans to auction off the masks and donate all the proceeds to charity: “After each mask is worn in a game, they will be auctioned off for charity with all proceeds benefiting The Henrik Lundqvist Foundation and The Garden of Dreams Foundation.”

“I thought it would be a lot of fun to sit down with friends to design original masks that I will then wear in games and auction off to raise money for disadvantaged children,” said Lundqvist.
It appears that Tiësto’s logo brought the NY Rangers luck as they won 4-2 against the Washington Capitols. The game also set a franchise record for the team with the most wins and points in a single season. You can watch Henrik Lundqvist’s new series here.
