“It’s so crazy to think if I would have kept making the kind of bass music I thought would make those idols happy, they probably never would have noticed me. Because I did exactly what I wanted and I got exactly to where I want to be.”
Up-and-quickly-coming Los Angeles producer Jauz had an extremely busy Miami Music Week with several performances and a spectacular Ultra set at the Ultra Worldwide Stage. His set incorporated a ton of heavy bass tracks as well as Jauz originals, including his infamous “Feel The Volume” amongst others.
During his set, Jauz unveiled a new collaboration with dubstep producer Datsik that is currently unidentified. Although the vocals suggest a potential track title “Rock The Party,” this track is a completely different strain than Datsik’s usual style.
In an interview with Nest HQ, the OWSLA-signed artist explained how the collaboration came about: “One of the first times I met Datsik he said he loved my stuff and we should work on something together. So I said oh yea, I’m getting back into making dubstep and he said no – I’m talking about the shit you’re doing right now. And now we’re working on a song together that’s complete different than anything I’ve ever heard Datsik make.”

As of now, there is no word as to when the track will be officially released. Stay tuned with EDM.com we'll keep you posted on this breakout artist to watch.
