Zeds Dead Drops 'Somewhere Else' Remixes EP Featuring New Single and More

Just in time for this summer’s festival season, Canada-based EDM duo Zeds Dead has teamed up with Mad Decent Block Party to drop the Somewhere Else Remixes EP, a 40 minute compilation complementing last year’s EP. Partnering with talent like Memoreck, Valentino Khan, Sleepy Tom, MSCLS, and others, these remakes capture a variety of voices and styles but still maintain the same bass-packed heartbeat to pump up any party.

The collection begins with “Collapse 2.0” featuring Memorecks, which highlights the ethereal vocals of Jenna Pemkowski.  Both Sleepy Tom and MSCLS mixes of “Bustamove” feature fast tempo bass beats that are sure to get any bass house lover up and dancing. Sandwiched in the middle of the ten-track compilation are vocal heavy tracks such as Kove's take on “Lost You” featuring Twin Shadow and D’Angelo Lacey, and Zeds Dead & Dirtyphonics' “Where Are You Now,” which captures the longing of love lost but not forgotten.

Zeds Dead will be travelling this summer under their Full Flex Express tour and hitting up many of the Mad Decent Block Parties along the way. If you're as into this EP as we are, Mad Decent Block Party is one summer festival you won't want to miss.
