Hailing from the Netherlands, the mecca of dance music, Hardwell and Afrojack have both seen tremendous success with their careers. As the head honcho of Revealed Recordings, Hardwell has been twice named DJ Mag’s #1 DJ of the year, and Afrojack has cemented his reputation as one of dance music’s superstars with countless chart-topping hits.

While the two Dutch icons have typically focused on making their own brand of music, Hardwell and Afrojack came together for a collaboration in 2008 titled, “Let the Attack Begin,” but in the last few weeks, Hardwell has been teasing a collaboration with his Dutch counterpart on social media.

While the name of the collaboration or its release date have yet to be announced, Hardwell premiered his highly-anticipated effort with Afrojack during his closing set at this year’s The Flying Dutch festival this past weekend. In the seven year hiatus between their collaborations, it’s clear that both Hardwell and Afrojack have refined their sounds and production abilities, and their elevated talent shines through in their new collaboration, which will surely dominate this year’s summer festival circuit.
