DJs and producers are increasingly entering the limelight as EDM expands into the mainstream. It seems that every TV show is finding a way to incorporate them into their broadcast, whether they be through custom soundtracks or featured live performances.

1. Major Lazer performing on Good Morning America
Although Jillionaire was unable to attend the performance, Diplo and Walshy Fire of Major Lazer came onto Good Morning America to perform their hit song "Lean On" featuring MO. DJ Snake served as a surprise guest to the performance, holding down the piano in the live rendition.
2. Kygo performing on Skavlan
The Norwegian tropical house icon Kygo performed a live version of his song "Firestone" featuring Conrad on a Norwegian-Swedish talk show called Skavlan. The acoustic rendition features Kygo on piano, Conrad singing, and a guest drummer to tie it all together.
3. Zedd performing on David Letterman
Back when Letterman still ran "Late Night," the veteran talk show host invited the budding star to perform his hit single "Clarity" featuring Foxes live on TV. The minimal performance proved exactly why this song deserved to win the Grammy for Best Dance Recording later that year.
4. Diplo and Madonna performing on Jimmy Fallon
Diplo and Madonna's relationship has been an interesting one, and their partnership was undoubtedly in full force for their performance on the Jimmy Fallon show. From wardrobe dance parties to the on-stage gropings that followed, this live edit of "Bitch I'm Madonna" had the whole place dancing.
5. Pretty Lights and Talib Kweli performing on Conan O'Brian
Pretty Lights really brought the heat for his live performance on Conan O'Brian. Bringing along a miniature orchestra to play with him and his friend/MC Talib Kweli, the pair brought down the house with their multi-genre'd sound.

Probably the biggest stage to be hosted by a TV show, Jimmy Kimmel Live! brought zedd along with John Bellion Michael Einziger of Incubus to perform their collaboration "Beautiful Now" from Zedd's album True Colors.
