Feed Me Breaks The Silence, Teases Brand New Album
In a response to a fan's question about his lack of festival gigs for the foreseeable future, Feed Me revealed via twitter today that he was hard at work on a new record.
The UK producer, real name Jon Gooch, revealed earlier this year that he and deadmau5 were currently working on a collaboration, but the indirect announcement of new material comes as a welcome surprise for fans, with his last release coming in the form of a four-track EP A Giant Warrior Descends On Tokyo at the start of the year.
It is unclear from the tweet alone if the new material will surface as an EP or a full length studio album, but the use of the word "record" would seem to point towards his next full fledged LP.
While he's been sitting out from festival season, one way that Gooch seems to be staying busy is by playing with different equipment and techniques, uploading videos to Facebook of his experimentations (check out two of the videos below). But until Gooch shares more, all fans can do is speculate about what's in store for this new Feed Me record.
