After four years of silence, the legendary drum and bass group Pendulum has reunited to perform a live set at a major UK festival today. It started with a suspicious tweet from Knife Party saying they were at V Festival, but were not slated to play. A response from Pendulum's profile hinted the artists were schemeing and prompted conjecture of a surprise reunio

Rob Swire tweeted confirmation that Pendulum would be dropping an epic surprise set at the festival, their first in four years.

El Hornet dropped a video he shot from the stage during the performance to twitter, showing Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen rocking the decks with him on stage as their familiar brand of pummeling drum and bass blares away.

The reunion is the first mention of Pendulum we've heard in a while, since Swire announced last year that a new Pendulum album would possibly (begrudginly) be released in the future.
