Craig David gave an impromptu performance for BBC Radio 1 Xtra recently, merging his garage hit "Fill Me In" with Jack Ü's massive EDM pop crossover hit "Where Are Ü Now" with Justin Bieber. Surrounded by satirical grime crew Kurupt FM, David also throws in a few rap verses, reading them from his phone.

David's pristine R&B tenor fits perfectly in place of Bieber's, and melds with Skrillex and Diplo's production seamlessly. The vocalist doesn't drop a beat as he interjects the words of "Fill Me In" over the trappy beats of "Where Are Ü Now", and his rhymes enhance the energy of the original. The result is actually rather successful.
