Disclosure Releases Sophomore Album Caracal

Disclosure's long awaited follow up their 2013 debut album Settle, has finally released, seeing the UK brotherly duo dropping eleven new tracks. Caracal was hotly anticipated in the months leading up to it's release, and the entire album is now available for streaming on Spotify.

The most noticeable element of the new album is the heavy presence of guest vocalists on nearly every song, as well as the consistent deep house/garage sound that runs through all the tracks. Disclosure have set themselves apart from their EDM contemporaries, dabbling heavily in pop influence and working with high profile vocalists such as Sam Smith, Lorde, and The Weeknd.

The Lorde collab, "Magnets", is one of the stronger cuts off the album, featuring an irresistible groove and catchy vocals from the young singer. The album's charm lies in its mix of melody and rhythm, delivering songs you can dance to just as easily as you can sing along.
