Martin Garrix Drops Remix Package with DallasK, The Him & Snavs
Martin Garrix took over headlines last month when he released 7 songs in 7 days to celebrate Amsterdam Dance Event and a successful first year as an independent label owner. Not long after, the young producer went on to win Best Electronic and Best World Stage at the 2016 MTV EMAs.
DJ Mag's #1 DJ in the World is now taking the opportunity to shine the light on other emerging talent through his label STMPD RCRDS. First, it was a new single from LA producer Lione, entitled "Leave This Place." Now, it's through official remixes of Garrix's hit song with Bebe Rexha "In the Name of Love."
After dropping on July 29th and garnering over half a billion plays online, the smash hit received an official remix package today. Garrix selected three artists to take on the tune and deliver unique interpretations.
First up is LA-based DallasK, who flips the emotive EDM-pop tune into an unruly club banger. Next up is Amsterdam duo The Him, who offers up a euphoric piano house anthem.
Finally, Copenhagen producer Snavs puts his spin on the song taking it into darker territory with breakbeat kick rhythms and catchy festival trap-style breakdowns.
