The M Machine has new material on the way. On Tuesday, the duo posted the colorful artwork for their debut studio album, entitled Glare, which they revealed will arrive in 2017 via Mat Zo’s label imprint Mad Zoo.
Up until this point, the duo had primarily been releasing through OWSLA. In 2012 and 2013, the group released their Metropolis Pt. I and Metropolis Pt. II to critical acclaim with both EPs reaching number one on Beatport. Metropolis went on to receive a remix EP featuring artists like Kill The Noise and Digitalism.
January 2015, Andy Coenen announced his departure from the project to pursue his passion for tech. The M Machine's succeeding 2015 Just Like EP debuted a new sound to match the project's new era as a duo.
With a strong history of original work and remixes for artists like Arty, Datsik, Kill The Noise, Empire of the Sun and Madeon, fans will surely be waiting anxiously to learn more about what they can expect from M Machine's studio album debut.
Accidentally jumping at Steve Aoki. Climbing a railing to interview Adventure Club. Journeying to Lollapalooza and Electric Daisy Carnival... These are the experiences I'd like to share.
