Dillon Francis Remixes Traditional Jewish Song in Celebration of Hanukkah

Dillon Francis decided there are too many Christmas remixes and not enough Hanukkah ones.

So in honor of the 8-day Jewish holiday also known as the Festival of Lights, the EDM superstar uploaded his own take on the Israeli folk song "Hava Nagila," traditionally sung at Jewish celebrations.

"So yesterday before the Dillstradamus show I was thinking to myself there are way too many Christmas remixes so I decided to make this Hanukkah flip to play at the show and for the first night of Hanukkah of course! Here’s a free download! The menorah is about to be fucking lit. Can’t wait to see everyone dancing the hora! Happy Hanukkah!" - Dillon Francis

While Dillon originally uploaded the flip to SoundCloud for free download, he's since taken it down. The tune, of course, will live on thanks to YouTube uploads.

Whether you'll be celebrating Hanukkah until January 1 or are just wanting to stay in the holiday spirit as you prepare to ring in a New Year, check out Dillon Francis' "Hava Nagila" remix below.

"Merry Chanukah AND Happy Christmas AND everything else in between from Gerald & I... Anyways!! BE HAPPY BE MERRY BE CRAZY BUT MOST OF ALL BE WITH YOUR LOVED ONES AND CHERISH EVERY MOMENT! TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT" - Dillon Francis
