Eric Prydz has released a new track under his Pryda alias entitled "Lillo." The new single is inspired by and named after James Lillo, a fan who recently passed away after a year-long battle with a rare form of terminal cancer.
After James reached out to the Swedish producer with a final wish to see him live one more time, Prydz immediately arranged a show in Los Angeles to benefit James' charity of choice, the Cancer Research Institute.
But before the show arrived and James could attend, James lost his fight against mediastinal nonseminomatous germ cell carcinoma.
Prydz responded by expanding the fundraising event to two nights. Both shows sold out and raised over $60,000. Now, Prydz is officially releasing the track inspired by James which he debuted at the fundraising events.
Listen to "Lillo" below, the new single from Pryda now available via Pryda Recordings with all proceeds going to Cancer Research Institute.
