World's #1 Techno DJ Takes on Major Cause

If you listen to dance music and haven’t heard of Carl Cox, consider this your opportunity to crawl out from whatever rock you’ve been hiding under.

As one of the most highly acclaimed DJs of all time, – and currently ranked the world's #1 Techno/Tech-House DJ – Carl Cox holds a seat as one of the world’s most influential DJs. And this time, he’s taking that influence all the way to the British Parliament.

The event, House the House, is partnering with UK-based charity organization – Last Night a DJ Saved My Life – which focuses its efforts on producing fundraising events to show the electronic music industry's dedication towards social causes.

With the help of the ‘Oh Yes!’ man himself, Carl Cox’s global influence will help to bring awareness to the plight of children living in conflict zones around the globe.

The event, which will take place on May 11th in London will also be featuring a DJ competition leading up to the event. Producers between the ages of 14 and 24 will be able to compete against each other to have a the honor or warming up for the King of Ibiza, himself.

Carl Cox’s performance at House the House will be leading up to his final residency at Space Ibiza after a 15-year tenure.
