Skrillex, Diplo, Avicii & More to Play Ahead of Super Bowl
As we wait to see who will be performing at the 58th Annual Grammys, the Super Bowl has announced a huge lineup of concerts just a week before the big awards show. Most of the concerts will be held in San Francisco, a little over an hour from Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California where the Broncos will face the Panthers in Super Bowl 50.
Thursday and Friday will feature performances by The Band Perry, Hunter Hayes, OneRepublic, Iggy Azalea, Nick Jonas and Fallout Boy.
The day before the big game is when it's really going down though. On Saturday, Avicii, Elle King and Travis Scott will headline the Rolling Stone magazine party while Lil Wayne and A$AP Rocky will perform as part of the Maxim Party while
Skrillex takes the stage on Saturday as part of Verizon's go90 Live free concert. Free tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis at http://www.go90.com/sanfrancisco. Saturday night will also see Diplo and rapper Future perform at the New Era concert.
DirectTV and Pepsi are bringing Dave Matthews Band, Pharrell and Red Hot Chili Peppers with a special guest to Pier 70 throughout the weekend. Other performances on Saturday include Alicia Keys, Dave Matthews Band - as part of the Sports Illustrated Experience - and Metallica, who will play the AT&T park.
On Sunday, Snoop Dogg is throwing a Player's Gala where he will DJ and perform and host a Super Bowl viewing party. The halftime show during the big game will feature performances by Beyonce and Coldplay.
