Dillon Francis, Excision & More Top Phase 1 of Imagine Fest Lineup [VIDEO]
The 3rd Annual Imagine Music Festival is proving to be more than poised to fill the voids left in the Southeast from the indefinite departures of TomorrowWorld and CounterPoint.
Last year, IMF brought a stacked lineup and a 360-degree, full-sensory experience that took over 26,000 fans on an extraordinary aquatic fairytale journey they won't soon forget. But IMF is really stepping it up this year, starting with the recent announcement that it's transitioning into a full-fledge camping festival.
And now, the masterminds behind this immersive festival experience have announced the first phase of the 2016 lineup which features over 50 artists. Brace yourself because this first lineup announcement is seriously impressive, boasting heavyweight headliners Dillon Francis, Excision, Nero, Benny Benassi, Borgore, Zeds Dead, 3LAU and 12th Planet.
"We were really happy with the lineup from last year, but the first phase of 2016 has us over the moon," says Iris Presents founders Glenn and Madeleine Goodhand. "We constantly challenge ourselves to bring something even better, and this year's challenge was well worth it. "
The independent festival will not only offer three days of top-notch music, but will also be continuing to up the ante with an all-encompassing, interactive festival atmosphere brimming with circus troupes, performers, dancers, art, workshops, classes, vendors and a variety of sacred teachings, ceremonies and transformational workshops.
This is going to be a landmark year for IMF, so we can only expect a spectacle of a weekend, filled with plenty of surprises. Relive the 2015 IMF with the just-released 4k official aftermovie below, and then secure your spot at Atlanta's largest electronic dance music camping festival now!
