EDC LV Teases New, Bigger Stage Designs, Releases FULL Lineup Poster
We're less than a month away from one of EDM's biggest events and favorite festivals of the year, EDC Las Vegas. After a creative reveal from Insomniac Events founder Pasquale Rotella over the weekend, organizers released the official lineup poster in its entirety today. The hype has been heightened even more with details on enhanced production and expanded stages to celebrate the festival's 20th anniversary. Check out the complete lineup below and keep reading for the inside scoop on stage transformations.
From boosting the Neon Garden stage 50 feet, to adding water cannons and pyrotechnics to BassPOD, Rotella kept going back to the same advisory to fans: "prepare yourselves."
The stage wasteLAND will feature a post-apocalyptic San Francisco design, and circuitGROUNDS is going to boast a 360-degree design with a structure three times larger than last year.
The show-stopper though, according to Rotella will be at the main stage, kineticFIELD.
“[It’s] the biggest stage within EDC. It has largest production elements, it has the largest scenic elements. It’s 400 feet wide, it’s over 100 feet high. I’m hoping for the 20 Year Anniversary of EDC Las Vegas that we can blow your mind more than we ever have in the past. There’s an iconic piece that’s going to be in the middle of this stage that is using technology to the fullest. And it’s not going to be turned on right when you walk in. Later in the night, we’re gonna flip the switch. All I can say is prepare yourself.” -Rotella
