Crooked Colours Release new Single 'All Eyes' [LISTEN]
Aussie trio Crooked Colours released their new single "All Eyes." The single is taken from group's debut album Vera released earlier this year.
The video takes place in the tropical paradise of New Caledonia, the French territory in the South Pacific. The summer, happy, but yet mystic vibe of the video goes perfectly with the song. The video is captured by the YeahSure team.
Director, Patrick Rohl explains:
"Crooked Colours management came to us with a very ambitious idea to shoot a film clip on a French territory comprising dozens of islands in the South Pacific known as New Caledonia. Their album aesthetic fitted perfectly with the location so we pulled together a concept that fitted the track and scouted a local lead actress to feature with all three of the band members. I couldn’t be happier with the result as I feel we managed to capture the beauty of the location while still managing to include a creative narrative to reflect the track."
Philip Slabber, Leon Debaughn, and Liam Merrett-Park are Crooked Colours, the trio from Perth Australia. They quickly gained attention with a unique combination of indie-rock and EDM, drawing their influences from acts such as Alt-J or Crystal Castles.
