JAUZ Reveales his own Label Bite This and Off The Deep End, Vol. 1 Compilation
Jauz obviously has no need for an introduction anymore, as in the span of just a few years he has went from unknown producer to one of the scenes most beloved bass figures. Having build a loyal fanbase of a worldwide scale has allowed him to be constantly touring, while he simultaneously manages to release forward-thinking originals and collaborations alike.
Earlier this year however, four out of his 2017 releases caused buzz in the Bass community, as the artworks seemed to be part of some bigger picture. Many speculations were made as to what the combined covers of "Claim To Be", "The Game", "I Hold Still" with Crankdat and "Alpha" meant, but nothing could be officially confirmed; until today.
Jauz took to social media to announce the launch of his own label Bite This - a move that some saw coming - calling it the next chapter. And for sure this is going to be a game changer for both him and his fans; having a platform to support and release music you love all in your own way is a huge step forward for any artist, let alone a tastemaker such as Jauz.
The DJ also announced an Off the Deep End, Volume One compilation out November 10th on the label, featuring 7 remixes from his tunes "Claim To Be", "The Game", "I Hold Still" and "Alpha", as well as a bonus single from himself; probably the track playing in the video above, a VIP version of "Alpha".
