Ministry of Sound Opens London’s First Fitness Night Club
Ministry of Sound, the #1 dance and club music label in London, has revolutionized the concept of exercise with their creation of a new social fitness movement, Ministry Does Fitness.
This legendary brand which was only recently purchased by Sony Music has created London’s first fitness night club, with the goal of getting the community together to move their bodies, have a quality workout, and feel great doing it. They encourage their visitors to “stick two fingers up at pretentious gym culture” and ditch that nasty protein shake for a cocktail. This new fitness joint is equipped with night club quality sound speakers, plenty of different stations, and a fully stocked bar for all of its patrons. Oh, and a whole lot of heavy bass.
Ministry Does Fitness' mission is simple:
“We’ve been a part of British club culture for 25 years, so we know how to party. And we know that there’s a parallel between clubbing and working out, so we combined them”.
This ultra-successful music label is not exactly new to the gym lifestyle. Ministry of Sound dove into fitness with the past releases of “Pump It Up” workout DVDs and compilations. So, visitors to this new gym should expect an knowledgeable and educated staff, a skillful workout, and really powerful club beats. They say that each of their “signature workout classes has an expertly curated playlist, all scientifically designed to get you working harder and achieving better results, from warm up to cool down.”
They offer a variety of classes from Monday to Saturday each week, from fat burning, to sculpting, to yoga, you name it. Go ahead and sign up for classes now because they must be booked 7 days in advance. There are different packages that can be purchased, depending on how often you want to go and how much you are willing to spend. More information can be found on their website at www.ministrydoesfitness.com.
