Disclosure Share Letter With Fans Announcing Hiatus
Brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence, better known as Disclsoure have been largely influential within both electronic music and the larger music industry. Aside from helping to grow the careers of Sam Smith and Aluna George, Disclosure has helped bring the historic roots of deep house and techno to the forefront of the dance music industry.
But now, after 7 years the young brothers ages 25 and 22 have decided that they will be taking a hiatus in 2017 in order to get some much needed rest. In a surprise announcement that they shared with fans on social media, Disclosure have written a letter thanking fans for their longtime support and promising to return in the future.
The brothers also promised that they will still perform at their own Wild Life Festival, taking place this June 8th - 9th at Brighton City Airport in the UK. Featuring British favorite like Jesse Glynn, Fatboy Slim, and Pete Tong, among names like Eric Prydz, The Black Madonna, and funk songstress Chaka Khan.
