Illenium Teams Up With Gryffin And Daya On New Single "Feel Good"
Rising stars Illenium and Gryffin have teamed up to release a new single today called "Feel Good." For their latest offering, the two producers have enlisted Daya, best known as the vocalist on The Chainsmokers' smash hit "Don't Let Me Down," to provide some catchy pop hooks for the new tune.
On "Feel Good," Gryffin and Illenium merge their respective styles to arrive at an indie flavored dance tune with a soaring vocal performance. The song kicks off with a catchy guitar riff, shortly joined by Daya's singing and a mid-tempo beat, before moving into a goosebump inducing build up. From there, the two producers work their magic with a soothing future bass drop complete with fluttering synth chords and half time rhythms.
The new single is accompanied by a simple but effective lyric video centered around a recurring water theme that suits the song's cascading sound. With their new offering, Illenium and Gryffin prove to be a worthy team as they deliver a memorable outing greater than the sum of its parts.
