Borgore Gets Down With His Bad Self On New Single "Big Bad"

Borgore has been a staple of the dubstep scene ever since it first started gaining traction with American audiences, setting himself apart with his blistering sound and infamous persona. The Buygore head honcho is back with a new single this weekend with the release of "Big Bad," his latest excursion in floor shaking bass.

On "Big Bad," Borgore pairs up with an unnamed female vocalist, who provides some delicate topline melodies over a backdrop of subdued beats and dreamy synth arpeggios. After driving up the energy with a quick buildup, the producer transitions into a heavy drop driven by slow riding beats, growling bass and rhythmic screeches. The result is a solid production that sets punishing dubstep drops against laidback vocal verses.

The new single sees Borgore at the top of his game with some aggressive synth work, while the pop vocals provide a nice contrast to the low end dominated drops. All in all, "Big Bad" ranks as another solid release for Borgore that is sure to have fans riled up.
