The Iconic Pokémon Soundtrack Is Being Performed By a Full Orchestra [LISTEN]
21 years ago, Pokémon took the world by storm for the first time. Throughout its existence, a wide range of audiences have been involved with the game in one way or another. Even for those who have never played the game, they can still most likely sing along to the theme song “Gotta Catch ‘Em All”.
The soundtrack, composed by Junichi Masuda and Koji Kondo, is now being brought to life in a ground-breaking symphonic fashion. Pokémon: Symphonic Evolutions was put together by Jeron Moore and is set to give both video-game fanatics and concert-goers of all ages a truly unique experience.
These new orchestral arrangements of classic soundtracks from various Pokémon games will also be paired with visuals from recent and classic versions of the game. For fans who want to relive their Pokémon days, attending one of these shows will be the perfect opportunity to immerse themselves in a new audio-visual experience and of course, meet up with other Pokémon fans to battle and trade.
