Shaky Beats is Bringing the Heat to ATL this Weekend with These Can't Miss Acts

Shaky Beats is a young music festival, but the diverse, full spectrum selection of artists present in their lineup represents the diversity within the city capital of Georgia. Brought on by the massive migration of transplant families that moved to Atlanta after the 1996 Olympics, Atlanta was flooded with non-native Georgians. This impact has quickly created an atmosphere and a culture that is equivalent to a young Los Angeles in the south, and this has been evident in the lineups of previous electronic music festivals that were hosted in Atlanta. Do not forget that Atlanta was the place they chose to host TomorrowWorld, may it rest in peace.

This city has a lot to offer in terms of its potential to alter the fate of electronic music by incorporating a level of diversity that is often lost amongst the hustle to reach the top of the Beatport charts. Shaky Beats’ three stage structure and staggered schedule allows the audience to sample from diversified slices of the immersive subgeneres of electronic music.

GRIZ, Kaskade, and The Chainsmokers will all be taking the stage this weekend at Centennial Olympic Park in Downtown Atlanta. Main stage massives like Bonobo, Galantis, and Zeds Dead will also be performing in the capital city. What makes Shaky Beats particularly unique is that each night at 8:00p, certain stages will shut down so that only one headlining stage will be running sound. Audience members are guaranteed to see these artist, so that niche artists aren't competing with headliners on the Shaky Beat’s lineup.
