Skrillex is back with a Gnarly Remix of LH4L’s “Neoprene” [LISTEN]

We’ve been waiting patiently for the OWSLA monarch to return with some original tunes. Now, he’s back in action and just as impressive as he’s ever been.

Last week, Skrillex showed off his diverse production ability with his house tune “Would You Ever” featuring Poo Bear. Prior to that, he unleashed one of the best house tunes of 2017 with Habstrakt, entitled “Chicken Soup”. While dabbling in house music comes as no surprise after the announcement of HOWSLA a few months back, some fans miss the grime and filth we’re all used to. This week, he’s brought us a familiar sound; one similar to those of the Recess days.

Skrillex’s remix of LH4L’s classic, “Neoprene” is just what his fans needed. While the absolutely bonkers remix has been circulating festivals since early 2015, it’s finally here via the YouTube channel Proximity. As stated previously, it’s much different than his most recently release, and is similar to what we grew to love him for: filthy wubs. Start familiarizing yourself with the latest festival anthem now:

Expect to hear a lot more from Skrillex in the coming months. Jack Ü is on an indefinite hiatus and Dogs Blood is revving up for something big at Hard Summer, so who knows what he could bring us next. More singles? An album? We’ll know soon.
