“A 27-year-old male patron camping with his father was unresponsive. The medical team administered CPR, and he was transported to the hospital. We understand that he had an underlying medical condition, and that, unfortunately, he has died. We have no further information at this time. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.”
It has been reported that the victim was camping with his father and was not immediately pronounced dead, but was transported to a hospital where he later passed. The Coffee County Sheriff’s department is looking into the death. At the time of writing, foul play is not suspected.
The name and cause of death of the victim have yet to be released.
