With an exciting lineup of Rising Artists to conclude the inaugural season of The Rooftop at Pier 17, the NextUp Concert on October 14 will see performances by Loud Luxury, Rozes and Alex Aiono.

The Pier 17 NextUp Concert presented by Chase Sapphire, will be closing out an uber-successful season of The Rooftop at Pier 17 Concert Series on October 14. With a stacked lineup of acts taking to sellout the rooftop from some of the biggest names in music to the best of the best in entertainment and comedy, it would be safe to say this series will become a staple to every New Yorkers' summer plans for sure. 

After the series which was developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation and programmed in partnership with Live Nation kicked off in the end of July, it saw performances by the likes of Kings of Leon, Amy Schumer, deadmau5 and Trevor Noah to name just a few. While there are still performances from some of the big names in the world of music like Sting & Shaggy, Diana Ross as well as Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda to follow.

With a simple concept behind the NextUp Concert presented by Chase Sapphire, the aim is, for one night only, guests will have the chance to discover the next big music stars come together on a new stage for new artists. The talented rising artists who will headline the closing concert include Loud Luxury, Rozes, and Alex Aiono. Set against the iconic backdrop of New York City’s most spectacular and symbolic bridges, skyscrapers and landmarks, The Rooftop at Pier 17 which has hosted sold-out shows for a variety of top performers this summer from various musical genres and entertainment backgrounds will play host to these upcoming artists on October 14. Tickets for the NextUp Concert can be purchased through Ticketmaster, and are offered exclusively to Chase cardholders. 

The Seaport District is home to the only U.S. location of Carla Sozzani’s pioneering experiential concept store 10 Corso Como and a 50,000-square-foot food hall by Jean-Georges in the restored Tin Building and is also home to the first iPic Theaters located in Manhattan. With all of this and more, the Seaport District has developed into a must-visit space overall, but its highlight is definitely Pier 17, poised to become an iconic entertainment destination with a 1.5-acre rooftop that will serve as a year-round community amenity, including a restaurant, outdoor bars, and a venue for concerts, cultural and special events.
