Riddled with jokes and nods about the dance music world, this year's Christmas special, titled, "The Bleakening" is a real treat for dance music fans. Without giving too much away, the family sets out on a journey to find their stolen Christmas tree, and after the usual chaos the Belcher family stirs up, they end up at a warehouse rave. While searching the rave, they inadvertently putting the illegal show at jeopardy with the police, and have to work together to keep the party going.
