Cedric Gervais Launches Upscale Japanese Restaurant and Lounge in Aspen
Few experiences rival the delight of savoring a luxurious meal—a fact that Grammy-winning DJ and electronic music producer Cedric Gervais knows all too well after launching Madame Ushi, an upscale Japanese restaurant in Aspen.
Fusing culinary excellence with atmospheric music performances, Gervais' new hospitality venue also features a lounge where DJs perform intimate sets as guests enjoy their food. The hotspot is said to feature high-profile DJs in the months ahead and already counts Diplo as a recent performer.
Meanwhile, master Chefs Jesus Alvaro and Jake Eaton, who have experience at some of the world's most renowned restaurants—including the iconic Nobu—showcase their skills within an impressive menu. Madame Ushi's Chrome Heart roll has already earned its status as a signature dish after becoming a celebrity sensation, favored by A-listers like Kevin Costner and Justin and Hailey Bieber.
With its fine Japanese dining and intimate DJ sets, Madame Ushi is redefining what hospitality looks like in Aspen and beyond. You can make reservations and find out more about the venue here.
