After a massive 2017 debut collaborating with Rezz (real name Isabelle Rezazade) on her hit song “DRUGS!,” 13 has been steadily working his way up the rungs of the highly competitive bass music ladder. Since that time, the Toronto-based midtempo bass mastermind has released two back-to-back EPs, the EP Old World Order with Mad Decent followed by the Revelation EP with mau5trap.
Today, May 7th, he kicks off EDC Las Vegas month with an all-new original single entitled “Mirage.” Monstrous, industrial-feeling analogue synths are paired with gritty bass and cleverly chopped vocals in such as a way as to keep the listener captivated, all while shaking them to their very bones.

Artists like Zeds Dead and Diplo are already big supporters of 13, and Rezz has collaborated with him twice, on “DRUGS!” and “The Crazy Ones,” and has already been playing out “Mirage” at festivals around the world. With mounting support from some of the industry’s key figureheads and sound that is getting more refined and intricate with every release, 13 has set himself up for a triumphant ascent in 2019.
