Afrojack and Mike Williams are no strangers to anthemic dance hits.

The two super-producers have joined forces for a cacophonous collaboration, "Alone." The energetic track kicks off with a pulverizing groove before its massive drop, which is replete with the time-tested Dirty Dutch leads of Afrojack's signature sound.

Prior to its release, the two DJs had teased "Alone" in their sets, building fans' anticipation for months. The hype bubbled over this past weekend, when Afrojack brought out Williams to play the track live on the Mainstage of Ultra Music Festival.

The two collaborators and Dutch compatriots have been friends for years. Williams first played an early version of "Alone" during his recent Tomorrowland Winter set, where Afrojack was in the audience. He reached out to Williams after his set and the two ultimately decided to work on the song together.
