Earlier this month Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike dropped the track "B.F.A. (Best Friends Ass)" featuring the O.G. influencer, Paris Hilton. As previously reported, the music video delivered a star-studded cast including Hilton's longtime best friend Kim Kardashian. Joining them was an array of influencers serving as the perfect imagery for what social media is like in this day and age.
The video opens with two girls entering a club talking trash until they put on their shades catapulting themselves into the glamorous, yet fake, world of nightlife. The entrance is a nod to Hilton's appearance in the Netflix documentary The American Meme. The message behind the video is to represent the distorted reality we have in regards to perfection portrayed online. Everything is not as it seems.
Hilton and the Belgian brothers have remained in each other's lives since meeting in Ibiza. The two famed producers hold a residency at Ushuaïa, and Amnesia, where Hilton began her DJing career. Since then, Vegas and Mike have collaborated with acts such as Gucci Mane, Wiz Khalifa, Armin van Buuren, and W&W.
