The Parisian superstar known as DJ Snake has been known to collaborate with some of the hottest acts in hip-hop. His latest release, titled "Enzo," links up some of the biggest heavyweights yet. Offset, 21 Savage, Sheck Wes, and Gucci Mane all throw down verses to make this potentially one of the hottest collaborations of the year. After the viral success of his hit "Taki Taki", featuring Cardi B, Ozuna, and Selena Gomez, big shoes were left to be filled. With a lineup like this, however, there's no doubt the charts will take notice.
"Enzo" has a dark, steady beat that flexes Snake's hip-hop roots. Wes carries the catchy chorus. All four rappers deliver their individual smooth stylings, flashing their love for high-profile cars. It's hard not to make a fire song when you have so many chart-toppers on one track.
Snake spoke to Beat 1's Zane Lowe announcing he would release a new album this summer. He said to expect a "carnival," so we can look forward to some global sounds coming our way in a few months. Though he didn't announce who would be featured on the album, after the release of "Enzo" we know the French producer's reach knows no bounds.
DJ Snake is coming off a hot performance at Coachella. He closed out his hourlong set by bringing out all the stars from "Taki Taki" making it a set you did not want to miss. He also recently released a track with dubstep DJ/producer Eptic titled "South Side." The French producer is widely known for his globally successful hits such as "Lean On" with Major Lazer, and "Turn Down For What" featuring Lil Jon. Whatever this man touches turns to gold.
