Among the high points of the 2019 edition of EDC Las Vegas was the set delivered by Ekali at the circuitGROUNDS stage on the third and final day. The fast-rising bass music talent brought superstar DJ/producer Illenium onstage to share their recently teased collaboration with the eager audience.
In the full video posted to the YouTube channel of Ekali (real name Nathan Shaw), he brings out Illenium (real name Nicholas D Miller) at the 1:08:30 mark. Speaking over the mic, he reveals that their joint endeavor goes by the name "Hard To Say Goodbye" before its acoustic guitar melody and dewy vocals boom out over the speakers.
As with every year, EDC Las Vegas served as a prominent platform by which some of EDM's biggest names could show their flair. In addition to Skrillex's surprise performance and Alison Wonderland's PornHub-uploaded house set, however, revelers were also blindsided by temporary stage evacuations due to high winds.
