Belgian dubstep king, Michaël Bella, better known as Eptic, has been on fire lately. His new collaboration with Dillon Francis, "Let It Go", has already garnered hundreds of thousands of streams across all channels. Now, he's back with a heavy-hitting new single called "Power".
Chock-full of entertaining vocal samples layered over an eerie arpeggio, "Power" makes the listener feel exactly that. The intense buildup that repeats the "Don't talk to me!" sample elevates the energy of the track into a massive dubstep drop. Intricate, screeching synth work layers perfectly over a massive wobbling bassline and a faint siren sound in the distance.
"Power" is a relentless onslaught of huge sounds, but the cinematic breakdown provides a nice segue into the second drop. The vibrant arpeggio is reminiscent of retrowave sounds and brings to mind a very Outrun-esque vibe before the bass hits at full force.
Eptic's latest comes just ahead of his Flesh & Blood tour, which will see him on the road across the United States with fellow heavyweight TYNAN. The tour stops in Houston, Nashville, Los Angeles, Chicago, and more.
